Project Services Manager (Upstream Oil & Gas)

| Description |
| I am looking for a Project Services Manager to be Office based in Abu Dhabi Engineering Office that handles a number of Engineering (Study, FEED and Detailed Design, plus EPCM) projects for different clients in the Gulf. Responsibilities include:
• Producing corporate manpower planning reports on a discipline basis to support HOD's in future manpower planning
• Implementation of the switch over from Primavera P3 to P6
• Experience of Primavera Contract Management Software a plus
• Support of Lead Cost Engineer in development of computer based cost estimating system
• Line Management of cost, schedule and planning personnel including assignment of these personnel to projects and maintaining overall chargeability of the Project Services Department
• Management of Document Control Fucntion including archiving.
• Overseeing the introduction of a new Electronic Document Management System
• Supporting the Operations Manager in the Monthly review of projects and carrying out ad-hoc audits of project service functions on ongoing projects
• Ensuring the quality of Project Service deliverables on projects.
Nationality preferably Indian. Must have relevant Oil, Gas and Petrochemical experience including a minimum years experience in UPSTREAM oil and gas engineering.
Should be familiar with deliverable based progress monitoring systems.
