| Description |
| Purpose / Role
Responsible for the overall commercial management of the PMC contract for the Company and it's Client.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Prepare and issue monthly Commercial Exec. Project Report
- Review all subcontracts prior to and after award
- Director contract variations and claims to resolution
- Direct contract preparation
- Direct commercial aspects of contract tender evaluation and award
- Participate in reviews
- Maintain Cost logs and reports
Qualifications
- University Degree
- Minimum 15 years experience
- 10 years in the Oil & Gas, refining and petrochemical industries
- Certified Contracts Manager by professional association an advantage
